Vanquishing Cantha with a warrior with H/H need pointers
I hope some of you very experienced warriors will be able to give me a few pointers. I have tried the search function but cannot seem to find quite what I am looking for.
I am trying to vanquish Cantha on my warrior and H/H (she has all the campaigns and almost all the heroes) and I find that the Sab 3 necro build is not quite working out for me. Either the minions are acting as aggro magnets or I am just not putting out enough damage.
At present I am trying to clear the City areas (which I hate! ) and keep getting owned. If I keep on using the Sab build what of henches do you recommend.
If I decide to switch tactics which build would work the best? 2 SF heroes + 1 SS or SV necro with 2 healers and the 2 henches or a defensive paragon hero build (I have access to both Saydra and Morghan).
Also what type of build would you recommend I use on my warrior for HM (sword or axe?) and any PvE skills of preference are especially useful there such as Save yourselves, whirlwind attack or any of the GWEN ones?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I mostly use a W/P Dragonslash build that works fine for me. With pve skills Save yourselves and whirlwind attack. For Hard Mode i would take the 3 necro heroes, 2 monk hench, 1 earth and 1 interrupter. This setup has gotten me trough almost everything.

Thanks for the pointers about Dragonslash. I have got to try that.
For the interrupter did you prefer Zho or LoSha?

I did it with 3 Necro heroes and the following build
OQMT8mITZ6qAAgm0vYHEwYxRmAA
for the optional I changed between
pain inverter
Enraging Charge
I will survive
savage slash
depending on situation
I used a monk hench (prot if I could), and interupter (mesmer one when I could) and either earth or fire hench (fire when I could). I only had 1 wipe in cantha, against sunreach. No consumables used at all. I can help you with some areas if you want.. IGN: cynadon the red

just utilize the pve skills, but no, not ursan
use whirling attack : great with splinter weapon
also brawling headbutt is great with a high rank
or as Zarathos said, Pain Inverter, you can never go wrong with that

Thanks it worked like a charm!
I used the Dragonslah build, the 3 necros, 2 healer hench, earth ele and mesmer and finally vanquished Xaquang Skyway!
But boy oh boy I hate the city area, I keep getting lost and having to backtrack to find the last elusive mob that I nedd to clear the area
Next time when I go to vanquish another city area I will try pain inverter. Ironically the one who gave me tie worst time was the mantid monk boss, Milfaun Lifesaver. I had positioned my henches badly and didn;t wait long enough between mobs before going at him.
Even Orosen went down like a lamb!
Many thanks again for all the tips

The SS can be swapped for any damage dealer really, it doesn't make make much of a noticable difference. Mind Blast/Rodgort spammer would work well, I'd assume. I've run Savannah Heat ele, that worked well.
In regards to the OP, Godmode + Triple Necro works well, like all broken builds generally do (as mentioned by everyone else :P).

When I go warrior, I typically prefer Hayda and Morghan with either Kahmu or Livia going orders

How you use the builds is as important as what builds you use.
You should bring a bow yourself for some pulling and use some forthought about flaging Heros/Hench before and during battles.
When fighting aflicted AoE is not the best tactic since thier deaths might mean yours if to many go down at once.
Don't be afraid to run if you over agro, and have an excape rout in mind when your pulling in tough spots.
Lastly do not be afraid of a little DP, just take a consumable to keep your party from falling to 60%dp.

I run W/P with "Save Yourselves!" and Spear Of Fury along with "Watch Yourself!" & Merciless Spear(and other spear skills depending on prefferance). I get 5 adenaline gain from Spear Of Fury & combined with For Great Justice I can easily keep "Save Yourselves!" & "Watch Yourself!" up, even when FGJ runs out. It's just a new build I've been using clearing Dungeons & Vanquishing Cantha, normally I'd use the W/A Steady Stance build. Soldier's Stance is viable in the build, though personally I don't use it.
I run the 3 Nec build & it works fine for me.
